I need a new website. I already have a design, I just need you to build a website for my small business. i have someone that is willing to do a psd design fo my website. 5 pages on the website but I am trying to figure out how much I would have to pay a developer to develop the website with that design. i need the website to go from desktop to mobile versions on its own. i also need something that I can update on a weekly basis with an admin panel (i think its called dynamic). I am very poor in websites n design so i really need it to have an admin panel where i can just drag n drop or something. i currently host with ipage. i would appreciate some quotes to see if this is something I can afford as I am on a very very small budget as a new business person.
