I want someone to do some research about how to prepare and provide good and useful information to people that are doing design job, for example, logotypes, brochures and websites. Then I want someone to make a form that I can use when I'm gathering information to this designer.
My goal is to make it easier for my designers to work and make a good job on their projects. So I need help to make this form, so I can provide as good information as possible.
I want this form to be a template for me before I order design projects, like what information I need from my clients so I can make a good design product to them. And I want it to be general so this template can be used for any graphic job.
