1. Create single webform via Doculicious.com.
2. After create webform form then put data in webform thren create 5 PDF's via [login to view URL] as a single web from.
3. Then pull webform data in VTiger CRM.

And that (hopefully automatically) the PDF's are attached to a contact in my CRM so I can set up automated processes with [login to view URL] work will be required to capture/map the data collected into my VTiger CRM...And to create the actual PDF's...
