We are seeking a motivated VA to join our family for part-time employment.
Your VA task will include
- VA tasks,
- Social Media Management.
- Manage emails
- Calendar Management
- Follow Up with leads
Social Media tasks include:
- Creating captivating posts using CANVA
- Growing instagram accounts
- Increase organic followers
- Setup & maintain a 30 day posts calendar (Buffer/Later)
- Excellent Word, Excel, Google docs and Google sheets skills
- Experience using CANVA /Graphic design skills (creating IG posts for clients)
- Excellent verbal/written English (US Audience)
- Perform simple data entry tasks,
- Knowledgeable of Trello & calendar management
- Excellent English Skills
We'll start out with about 3 hours per week. It's not a large role yet but as on board more clients
and provide your work is top notch, your weekly hours will increase.
You’ll be required to design and position content on Social Media to generate brand awareness and engagement. Please include the word "Uplevel" in your application.
You are easy to work with, reliable, trustworthy and have excellent customer service. You’re available for a potential long term contract/relationship. You’re highly experienced in VA tasks and social media management.
You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as perform VA tasks ranging for email management to lead gen.
There would be a 2 week trial period followed by an ongoing mutual commitment. If you sound like a good fit, I invite you to respond.
