Microsoft office experience
Social Media management experience
Graphic design experience (creation of infographics and/or presentations - we have used
Piktochart to create similar content in the past)
Ability to listen and follow instructions closely
Formatting of MS word documents, resumes and business materials
General administrative tasks
Business linkedin, facebook, twitter and instagram upkeep and engagement (use of hootsuite, buffer or similar management platform)
Assist with creation of position advertising materials (we are a recruitment company) – also general assistant tasks.

I need someone to assist with general administrative tasks as well as management and growth of our social media profiles. I would like to start someone part time at first with potential to go full time if the person is able to demonstrate their effective ability. The role has ability to be expanded significantly.
