I am looking to get prices for updating my website with a few extra features. please go the website, register and then sign in, create a new website (which creates a new template) to see the features

i need;
1) edit options on template homepage to store current settings (it currently doesn't remember them) e.g show current text, font size, colour, background etc
2) Image manager so admin user can upload and browse images to choose from (when clicking on upload image button across all sections of site)
3) Make the template for the Club either Public or Private (public is searchable by anyone - private is only for people who have the link / are members)
4) Standard users able to search for 'local' or 'nearby clubs' (from the database of clubs on the site)
5) when a user is sent a message they get an email notification to the registered email address and on the site it shows the number of unread messages next to the 'messages' heading
