My company is a startup travel agency. We offer packages for our clients. We already have a website and i need to add two major aspects to it.
1- When i sell a tour package to a client. My administration team will enter all the required information to create his account like Full name, DOB, Passport NO, Expiry Date, Family Members details etc, and link the package is brought, benefits, health-club, Complementary tour (With complete tour details)etc... Most importantly clients email address. once he say finish. a printable page should generate and at the same time a mail should shoot to his email saying to set a password. here my second requirement starts...
2 - When client clink on the link he receives and set the password. We should be able to see dashboard, package details that he brought, benefits, extras etc and in a tab to show his and his family details etc.
More clearly can be discussed on later stage.
1- Reliance HUB Services is a startup tours & Travel Company intended to make new enhancement for the website.
2- A portal needed to be designed for staff logins to create clients DB. Same portal should have a admin access to
a- Creating packages.
b- Creating categories, sub categories,
c- Creating benefits, activities, events, health club etc.
d- Designing internal user’s templates, ADMIN / Sales Manager/ Relation Manager.
e- Creating internal users. Etc.
f- All admin task, to add / remove / modify, all content and portal should be customized.
3- When a sales person login, He should be able to do all below task,
a- Enter client information, Full Name, BOD, Passport NO, Email Address and Mobile number.
b- Enter Client family details, Names, BOD and Passport Number. Etc
c- Upload client documents like passports, picture & travel package contract.
d- Select client package, when platinum is selected 10 weeks, 10 years validity should come automatically in the sub categories including complementary package and extra benefits.
e- These listed will be main categories; Client details, Client family details, Documents, Package, Complementary package, Benefits, currently we use these, but we should be able to add, delete or modify these categories.
f- A draft excel sheet called client creation template is attached to show how internal access and client access should display.
g- Then finally when client account is created a mail should be generated and sent to client.
h- Documents upload, travel package consumption summary. etc.
4- Client should receive an email by saying thanking for becoming our valuable client here below is the link to set your password.
a- Client Should see dashboard tab, which shows in graphs what package consumption status etc.,
b- Package tab, here he sees his package in detail like package consumption summary, Complimentary pack utilization etc. with up coming event
c- A one more tab as account details, where he sees his own information, family member details, his relation manager details and change his password.
d- And a password reset on logon also should be available as forget password.
