Transfer Data from Existing Site to Magento Site

We have a small current site but want to start over with a new Magento site. The Magento site is already set up. 13,000 products have been uploaded with descriptions, pricing etc. Site located at www2.imed.com. We need the following:
1) Ensure all Product Files (pictures/descriptions/pricing etc) are properly uploaded should be approximately 18K- some seem to be missing in transfer
2) Make sure that Products go to their proper section in the section tree - some seem to not be categorized even though there is a proper catagory in raw file.
3) Upload old customer login information. do not need past order history.
Will need ongoing assistance if there are problems or upgrade requirements. Will likely need the site to be optimize to speed up page load so you should be a Magento expert.
We would like a bid for the initial file uploads and an hourly rate going forward.
