QVi Business Graphics design

Logo Design and one graphic based on draft scheme and graphic to be provided.
1. 3 x Styles provided. Style 2 is the preferred one for logo but needs to look better than the one in the attached file as this one is not symmetrical. It needs to have a 3D type style to it but not vary too much from the one in the middle of the 'QVI Process' diagram. I also need a 3 D button type QVi Logo....like Style 3 but in the corporate colors of red, gray, white and black.
2. I need the 'QVi Benefits' graphic to be a lot better than the one that's supplied. Text in circles will be the same though. It needs to be brought to life in terms of the design/appearance. I also need 2 of them, one with each sphere being a different colour and the other just using the corporate colours of red, gray, white and black....using different shades of gray perhaps?
No need to do anything for the 'QVi Process' graphic only provided for reference
