Provide a digital logo for my new business based on the hand-sketch

We have a picture attached which is a drawn version of the logo we want somebody to create for us digitally. We expect the text to be a dark grey and the font is Century Gothic. We would like the whole logo in this colour and no colours on the lavender sprigs in the middle of the logo.
We would like somebody to provide a few revisions of the logo in a digital format so we can take a look and tweak where necessary, when agreed to provide it in a number of formats, simple jpeg but also high resolution eps files.
