Create a company logo & build a long-term relationship

I'm looking for either a registered freelancer OR small company (so somebody who can issue invoices) to start a long-term cooperation with, and for them to take charge of any graphic design projects my client will have along the years for her start-up.
The first project is a micro-project: creating the company logo, but in time my client will have various projects.
So if your company has graphic designers and UX,UI designers who:
- have been working in the field for at least 7 years
- have excellent English skills (written & spoken)
- have an eye for details
- have a positive personality
- have a does attitude
- can provide quality work
- have wonderful interpersonal skills and wonderful work ethics
- can be online anytime between 8 am - 8 pm GMT+00 and reply to messages within max 2-4 hours
