Product Designer

We are looking for a Remote Product Designer (soft goods, bags) in a long term, to join our Team. What will you be doing? The Product Designer creates accessories that are acknowledged as leading in innovation, design, function and quality. Under the mentorship of and collaboration with the Developments Manager as well as the CEO, also he/she creates and develops the line for your designated classes/sub-classes from inception of ideas to production; combining active product use experience, market knowledge, trend research, and collaboration between designers to create functional, innovative, quality designs. The ideal candidate will partner with our athletes and ambassadors to continually elevate and innovate our product. Teamwork and clear communication are essential, it works cross functionally within design, development and raw materials team members. As a Product Designer, you will focus on these responsibilities: Design and build a cohesive collection of functional & beautiful styles Ability to quickly and accurately communicate design vision through sketches Prepare and effectively present design concepts Responsible for the clear communication of product information through technical sketches Collaborate with Product Development on the testing of products and ensure results are incorporated into design concepts. Develop an expertise for your customer’s audience Strong awareness of what’s trending in sports/outdoor To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: 3+ years relevant experience Expert knowledge of soft goods cut-n-sew construction Proficient use of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop Fast learner Understanding of brand across different platforms Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members Excellent attention to detail
