UV Print Image & Varnish,White preparation

I have artwork that must be converted into a print-ready file for UV printing. Besides the standard CMYK layers, I also need a dedicated white & varnish selection layer so the printer can lay down a matte finish exactly where specified. Please take my supplied image, clean it up if required, separate colours properly, create the varnish mask, and return a single package ready for direct import into the RIP software. Use whatever vector or high-resolution raster workflow you prefer—as long as the final result will hold crisp edges under UV lamps and the matte varnish sits perfectly in register. When you respond, briefly share similar UV print files you have prepared before and explain the tools you used so I know you have hands-on experience with white & varnish layers and matte finishes. Key deliverables: • Print-ready file (CMYK + matte varnish mask+white color mask) in PDF/X-4 or AI format • Preview proof showing white & varnish coverage overlay • Short note on colour profiles and any trapping applied
