Premium Neoprene Elbow Sleeve Design -- 2

I’m building CALITE, a high-end calisthenics brand, and the first hero product on the roadmap is a pair of truly premium elbow sleeves. The sleeves must be cut from performance-grade neoprene, offer reliable moisture-wicking properties during intense bar work, and feel just as refined as anything sold by the top gym gear names. Alongside the functional goals, the visual language needs to stay minimal: crisp lines, a single monochrome palette, and discreet branding. I’m open to an embossed, printed, or woven treatment—whichever execution you can demonstrate will look and feel most luxurious on neoprene. To move quickly from concept to production I need: • High-fidelity mock-ups that show panel layout, stitching direction, and logo positioning on both sleeves. • A manufacturer-ready tech pack covering exact neoprene thickness, compression rating, moisture-wicking spec, thread type, flatlock/overlock call-outs, and size grading for at least S-XL. • Vector artwork for the CALITE wordmark and icon in their final positions, ready for factory transfer. Experience with performance apparel CAD, Adobe Illustrator, and supplier liaison is essential. If you’ve previously taken compression products from sketch through sampling and can recommend proven factories, that will be a strong plus. Let’s create sleeves that athletes will immediately trust once they slip them on.
