I need some Graphic Design for a 22 x 28 poster

DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SAMPLES OF THIS TYPE OF WORK. NOT TO BE RUDE BUT I CANNOT JUDGE IF YOU CAN DO A GOOD GRAPHIC DESIGN JOB BASED ON A COUPLE OF CARTOON CHARACTERS AND SOME WEB DESIGN. I need someone who understands what I am looking for here and is READY to start on this job NOW. I will check your jobs in progress as I have tried 2 times to get this mat done and both freelancers I hired fizzled out. I need a 14 inch x 24 inch game mat with 1 x 1 inch squares on top of the terrain. You will need to have GREAT DESIGN SKILLS to pull this off because if you are not careful the grid on top will cover or CLASH with your graphics. This is a BIG project for me because I will be making at least 500 of these which translates into a few thousand dollars of my hard earned money. I say that because I need someone who is willing to WORK HARD and make changes until I am happy with the design. I am willing to pay 250.00 I have attached SAMPLES of what I am looking for. I want a design that is wasteland/post apocalyptic i.e. 2 small rumbled buildings, some broken streets, maybe a crater, a rusted old buggy car, and some cracked earth. I really like the simple design of the "gamematref" pic. I am NEGOTIABLE on these things and I am VERY easy to work with. If you have ideas I am willing to listen. Mostly I want someone who is extremely talented to put together a beautiful piece.
