Need a modern Joomla / Wordpress based website

I need a well experienced Joomla (or Wordpress) developer for building a modern looking company website. Something very similar to: [login to view URL]

The website will have following seperate page/template designs:

List page for services + Details page for each service

List of Sectors/industries + Details page for sector

List of case studies + Details page for case study

Please note that I would prefere these to be 'Structred data' e.g. using K2, Zoo or Sablod. Also, there will be relationships between these "type of content/Entities" (e.g. 'Related services' for a specific 'Industry' and "Related case studies" for a specific "Service"). You will be responsible for the overall design and development as well as sourcing images/icons, templates and plugins/modules - so, your bid should include all those costs.

If you don't include examples and if you have not paid any attention to the brief above, YOUR BID WILL BE DELETED WIHTOUT ANY REPLY (so, please don't waste your or my time). I am happy to hear about your capabilities and experience as a developer/designer but if it is just a copy/paste paragraph, it would't be helpful at all.
