Need Graphic designer

Required to UI/UX Graphics Designer for full-time. We are looking for a quality Graphic Designer with a graphical design background who is looking for long-term work and willing to grow with our team.

We have one requirement to create graphical representation in our website we already using graphical view on the website but the current way of presentation is not user friendly and not so attractive so we want to change the look and feel of the graphs and need your creative ideas and level of thinking to make the graphical representation attractive, user-friendly, responsive, etc.

• Highly proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Strong production skills.

• Expertise in creating Graphical representation.

• Have creativity and innovation.

• Growth Mindset.

• Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software.

• Experience in the logo, flyer, banner, illustration, and stationery.

• Proven graphic designing experience.

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Have great analytical skills.

• A strong eye for visual composition.

• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

• Present design concepts to clients or art directors.

• Review designs for errors before publishing or presenting them.

3. Where website needs improvements.

4. Which contents of the website most liked by users.

You need to review the attached screens and provide a better solution so that:
