B Lucky Website - MAIN Selling concept Images (adverts)

Hi,
We have a brand new website design, which I have attached a PNG for you to see an example of, the site requires a TOTAL of 40 (forty) images which will be various different types for the various pages of the site, a list of the number and the page type will be provided with some images.
Which is required is something, with experience in creating simple advert static images, which may have simple tag lines, all to be used in a slide show main header for each page.
I want someone who will not only create these off the back of our input, but obviously come up with they own ideas and concepts.
TO BE CLEAR please note we are looking for 40 of these images, which is a fair amount of work, can you please give me a link to your portfolio or attach your portfolio for my consideration
