We're looking for 3 developers for our enormous project.
This project is based on e-commerce and should be developed for website.
Here's our project's short description.
> Our site is online shopping site but the difference with normal e-commerce is our site has several sub-stores and sale products via those store.
> Stores are made by salers, not ourselves, and the owner of store can able to choose theme layout(menu, color, log and etc).
> When the saler login to our site, saler can create his/her own store.
> Users can search products for whole scale of stores and at that moment, the theme of site will be normal. But when they search or indivisual stores then the different themes of different stores.
> Basically the main features like devliery, product management, stock management and affiliate units (stores) management should be working well. And especially the project should be designed as store owners can buy and use spcial themes and servics (ex. discounted service, highlighting the store, top ranking to search and etc). These services will be increase more and more while service onlin. Also all of them should be able to develop as module so that we can add any kind of service we want easily.
For now, we need only basic features but in the future those will be required and whole architecture of project and project design should be completed to possible these features.
We already have 3 investores and we have to get an idea to compete with other shopping malls.
We will invest enoughly if you're a suitable developer for us but version 1.0 of our project must be completed in 1 months.
We need 3 developers totally and the project manager will be from our comapny.

At last while developing we will hire ONE of 3 developers as member of our company. He will maintain the project after developing the version 1.0 and we will pay him as yearly or monthly salery also we will invite him to our other projects.
