I am need to have my logo designed for my company. It is a consultancy specializing in sustainable development. The story is that we provide not only knowledge capital via consultation services, but also accessibility to community and community resources that help individuals, cultures, organizations root deeper into their communities and the earth in order to expand, grow, and reach greater potential.

3a. non-negotiable element: banyan tree (image include roots)

3b1. both canopy and root system shown as reflection of each other
3b2. incorporate Celtic design: around the edge of the logo branches, leaves and root systems are intertwined
3b3. incorporate androgynous (combination of masculine and feminine characteristics) human face profile to the pocket areas between the canopy and the root on the left and right sides of the tree. Head and facial features are as abstract as possible, no need to be realistic
EX: left pocket: human face profile facing up the canopy.
EX: right pocket: human face profile facing down toward the roots.
3b4. The bottom jaw or the neck of the human head profile to be merged into the sides of the tree trunk
EX: left face's jaw/neck merges into left side of the trunk, right face's jaw/neck merges into the right side of the tree trunk
