Landing Page System with affiliate tracking

The objective of this site will be to draw prospects to the YP landing page. YP is a MLM with multiple independent distributors. Each YP distributor will have a link code like an affiliate code and will create their own contents created on Youtube, FB, etc. and will link back to this landing page using their link codes. Somewhere on the landing page will have a signup form for the user to request an info packet so the link code must be included along with the YP’s name and contact in the return email with attached or linked PDF file. PDF file will be the same file for all YPs. This code should be kept on the accessing computer if the user doesn’t signup right away but some time later.
