We are seeking a highly experienced agency to design and develop a mobile application using Flutter. This application will focus on English language learning and teaching. Requirements: Agency Applicants Only: We are specifically interested in working with established agencies. Individual freelancers, please do not apply. Proven Experience: Applicants must have a proven track record of successfully completed similar projects. Please include examples of past work in your application. High-Quality Design Skills: Exceptional UX/UI design skills are a must. We are looking for an agency capable of creating an engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing mobile application. Figma/Adobe XD: The agency must be proficient in using Figma or Adobe XD for creating screen designs. Cross-Platform: The application needs to be developed for both Android and iOS platforms using Flutter.
