Image needed

We require a coming soon image for our website, it is going to be displayed on just one page where we are building another part to the site. I have uploaded an image of an example of what we are looking for, we require a much bigger image and it must be looking face on and not from the side, like the upload. It is to be a nice blend of the site colours, please see the site here [login to view URL] . We would like the spot lights to be red and orange, we would like the light shining to go from a darker shade to a much lighter shade. The text of the image is "Coming Soon" "BBS IT Training Centre" this text is to be centered and on two lines. The colour of the text is to be blue, the text is to be dark blue and fade in to a lighter shade as it comes to the top of each letter. More details of how we have blended our colours can be seen on the boxes on our website and we would like you to use these colours as a guide. We would like there to be four spot lights going from one side of the text to the other. We would like them to go red, orange, orange, red You Must have excellent drawing skills and we will need to see samples of your work before the job is given.
