Illustrator Needed For Kids Design

I am developing a kids merchandise range of school bags and lunch boxes with my logo and animated brand character on it. The characters would be placed on the products with the logo. Currently, my official brand logo for Consciousness in the City is being re-vamped by the original graphic designer.
1. I am looking for an illustrator who would be able to help me bring my vision to life by creating my boy and girl animated characters which would be placed on my products with my logo under construction.
2. I am also looking for a supplier who provides school backpacks in bulk with the capacity to print my logo in the process of being re-vamped along with my brand animated characters and my final design. I would like to choose a product style, colours.
Essentially I would like to have a final design and range of 6 different bag styles to start with 3 for boys and 3 for girls. I do not have a time limit yet as I want to secure an illustrator and finalise my brand characters first. Once this is done along with the re'vamp of my CITC logo I will then be able to start the process of designing the custom products with my desired supplier.
For now, I would like to secure a supplier and develop a relationship with someone who understands my needs so we can develop a plan and feasible outcomes.

I have a platform called Consciousness In the City which is a self-help platform I have been running for the last two years. I share daily inspirational quotes and participate in podcasts whenever I can relate to topics people can grow from. I believe when it comes to influencing change and love in the world we have to start with the youth. This is why I am working on expanding Consciousness in the City by birthing "CITC Kids". I am creating a merchandise collection for kids and young teens with a purpose. This will include lunch boxes, school bags, pens, pencils and colours with custom affirmations and quotes on them for kids. The purpose is for kids to consciously and subconsciously take in positivity, self-love and the affirmations that will allow them to grow into great individuals. Manifesting is more than speaking life into yourself and what you do it is also about what you see and take in.
I wanted to create an animated character suitable to target kids which is why I need to find a DESIGNER who can help bring my vision to life by creating an animated character that will be the face of the brand and visible on the products. I am also working on speaking to suppliers about finding the right bags, sustainable boxes.
