Graphics Design for a website background image

I am in the process of building a website,. I require a talented graphics artist to view my webpage sample designs and build a background image (based on my samples which I will provide), which I can then give to my website developer to implement in the website. This project is for 1 background image only but if all works well the scope will increase to all other pages. The mains things required for this project are: - 1 x Specific background designed and built (in high gloss) based on a sample I will provide - All graphic elements of the background page will need to be provided to us in a web optimised format - Each graphic element to be provided as individual png files and complete graphic as a psd file
