Requirements 1) This website is about Credit Cards and its affiliates, so i need a designer who can give me a theme of credit card not just like the older one that i have. Like [login to view URL] 2) The designer can only used blue and white color. 3) I want to display featured credit cards, types of credit cards, credit card providers, featured articles, credit card news, latest posts on blog and the space for advertisement. The total web pages that I believe I'll need for this web site is from 8-10 web pages. This will be a work in progress. So there might be a few changes along the way. If all goes well with this web site creation rest assured there will be future jobs coming soon to the winning free lancer. In short I would like this web site to be mind blowing in graphical design and user interface.
