Thank you for responding, I will in concept require one website that promotes and sells the following as an agent and broker for insurance companies, commercial banks, mortgage banks, investment banks etc.
The idea is to be their agent however we will target, approach and close new customers and manage service on their behalf. We would like for our business model to be highly technologically driven.
We want the website and downloadable applications from targeting the customer, completion of online application forms, submission of application forms, electronic signature. We would then review said forms and submit them electronically to the insurance carrier, commercial bank, investment bank and or mortgage broker for review and adoption we should transfer these forms to their system through and API and after their review and approval they can upload same into their proprietor system.
The different products being sold on the behalf of other companies are the following, the relevant forms that should be completed online and or with a downloadable app can be found below. All forms must be able to be completed with ease online with the necessary systems, drop down box etc.

These forms as stated above should allow completion online and in application, there should be a live text chat at the side of each form to get assistance in completing same and to dial and engage online on a phone and or Skype.
A. eCommerce payments online by phone and other should be enabled this would accept premium payments, standing orders, bill payments etc.
