At its most simplest....
Once a client has registered they will set up a project page (e.g. Project X).
Under Project X the client can add subcontractors and team members (e.g. ABC Ltd, John West). These will be invited via email and be given login details.
Now the project is set up the client can request information from ABC. ABC can issue documents back to the client for approval.
All documents are stored in the cloud for future viewing. All generic responses will be ignored. Please begin you're response by writing the capital on England at the beginning of your reply. I will provide a more detailed specification once a freelancer is shortlisted.
This is a first build/MVP and will be used to test demand. Preference will be given to freelancers that can offer speed, quality and low cost fixed price.
