Get a Website Built

Thank you for your interest in my project. I have a website already, I have done the work that is already there. I am no expert however I have had some guidance from a friend. There are sections that need to be built and adjusted and I am sure that there are many other things that can happen. I would also like to get the ranking up on google. So where I want to start is your thoughts on the current website and most importantly the area that is Butterfly Oilers. What is your feedback what can be improved as it is. Once I have that knowledge and can work out who is the right Freelancer to work with then I can discuss the next stage. If you respond to me please make sure that you give me good feedback. 1. The loading response time is slow for the pictures. To change that I will need to do (insert what you need to do) and it will cost (insert the price you will want for that) 2. Then insert the next thing that you feel needs changing and how you will do and then the cost. This is the only way I will be able to see who will be the best to work with. I need you to set your goals and if I can understand them then that will make it much easier for me to deal with. I don't need to have the work done fast. I want good quality work and something that is not going to have me come back to you saying you did not do what you said. I am determined to find the right person to work with on this project.
