Get Paid to promote script

Hi there,

I need a paid to promote script with high quality design with css3, live statics in home page.

how it works?

The member can register in our website, and get his reffer link, each visitor will be sent in his reffer link will earn money. but how much will earning ? it's related to from where the visitors are sent? so i should have an option in admin panel to set up the rates, for exemple united states = 1.5 $ Per 1000 unique visitors UK: 1 $ per 1.000 unique visitors etc.

also the reffer link should be protected to do not track proxies visitors, and if the visitors is proxies i should have an option in admin penel to set up the rate also by admin panel exemple: 0.05 $ per 1000 proxies visitors.

also, i should have an option in admin panel to add advertisers websites and sell him the traffic, for exemple, if an advertiser want to buy traffic, he can select how many visitors he want? and his bid for 1000 visitors, and he can select the countries, and also he can select how many visitors per hour, and also i should to have an option in admin area to add a website and get him traffic, and i can filter it by countries, and also set up how max per hour.

the main page of website should have better design to attract custmers and let him get registred with us, and also should contain live statics: for exemple how many visitors we have been delivered to our custmers? how many visitors are online? how many members registred ?
