Please find attached images of two items: (1) a shoulder patch roughly measuring 3 ½ inches by 2 ½ inches, embroidered with a black edge; (2) a nylon flag (and one embroidered- not shown) measuring 3 feet X 5 feet. Both items were manufactured using detailed artwork that was digitized. However, those files were lost due to a destroyed hard drive the files of which were unrecoverable. The companies that produced/utilized the artwork did not retain a copy of those files.
I am requesting that new artwork be prepared based on the enclosed designs and colors that can be utilized in JPEG, GIF, PNG and PDF formats so that I will have the flexibility to duplicate these images for printing, use on textiles, produced on flags, banners, patches, stationary and as logos or organizational identifiers and on the internet.
I am not familiar with which are the preferred formats that can be used so widely. So, I would need you to provide some guidance given your expertise in this field.
Please note that there are some slight detail differences between the flag design and the patch. Focus should be given to the exact shape of the sword in the design. It is an African spear/sword that is different from the Roman sword along the double-sided blade that widens then tapers along the blade starting from the tip/point.
The Red Bar on either end of the flag should be on a diagonal as with the patch.
The color on the patch is more accurately representative of the correct color because the flag in the picture is of a thin nylon that has been printed and the color is not as deep as required.
Note: The sword is gold or bright yellow; the wreath is a bright but deep green; the red and green and black bars of the flag are deep standard color.
