S360 - Edit 1 Panorama

I have a DNG file for a real-estate photo to be used in a 360 panorama virtual tour (the last part is important)
1. I want it colour corrected - balanced nicely as its for real estate, make the view and apartment look appealing.
2. Lensflares and streaks removed
3. Camera shadow, tripod and reflections removed from image
4. If you can fix the stitching issues that's a plus (optional if not sure what I mean)
5. I want the inside of the apartment to balance as best you can with the outside.
The image attached is a slightly compressed JPG from the DNG to show you the image in question (original file is 56MB and too big for freelancer).
If this goes well there will be other photos to edit for current and future projects. As stated this is a 360 image if you colour correct and the 360 view doesn't match after editing in the edges and created a obvious line down the middle then this is considered a fail. Happy to answer any questions
