We have a series of products that we want to sell on an online ecommerce platform. The most critical functionality for us is being able to schedule , track, resource load , confirm and take payment for the services offered.
At the highest level the structure of the website requires is as follows;
• Landing page / Services & Products / Members content / Free Content / Contact us
• All standard Social media platforms including a blog or live feed for Facebook or twitter
• Selected Key Products on the landing page
• An overview of appointments and availability with the ability to demonstrate availability
Scheduling platform :
A scheduling platform must be integrated into the website that is linked into the payment (online cart) system. This is vital to the success of the business as the scheduling (calendar tool) forms the tool for satisfying customer experience business success.
a. The scheduling ( calendar platform) must show the user availability on the calendar. Allow for cancellations and rescheduling with an agreeable tolerance.
b. The ability to select days and hours where bookings are accepted – enable the Gradedge team to manage the days and times that are available.
c. The accepted booking from product purchase are to be demonstrated on the website including the availability remaining for a week.
d. Enable for multiple resourcing on a given (allocated block) – so as to enable scaling and free up blocks if enabled.
e. Issue an email notification and confirmation to registered “trainers for the deliver of the services
f. Enable the allocation of different employees to the confirmed work
Our Business Explained in a simple story:
a) a customer makes their way to our website, and can understand the products/ services that are on offer by our organisation.
b) the customer can see the current level of availability for certain products and the times that are currently vacant on a calendar or suitable platform .
c) the customer choses the product that they would like to purchase.
d) the customer is prompted to enter mandatory information in order progress the order
e) the customer may need to complete a prescribed form (product input form)
f) the customer will then be able to select the time in which their product of choice is available from a time perspective. This must be aligned with the available days , hours or blocks
g) the customer will make payment for the product
h) the website will confirm payment and the time block of the product
I) Email notifications will be received (the customer and the business employees)
j) their will be a dashboard for the business employees to view and understand progress and pipeline works.
