Decal will be placed on an RV(Camper)
Must be able to place on light (white) and dark (black) Backgrounds, draft shown on both
Size of decal will be 33wide inches by 22tall inches
Transparent background in vector format + jpg/pdf
No-copyright material is to be used. Image will belong to Smokey Hills
Design:
Needs to have an Eelpout(burbot) that is pouting or unhappy.

Eelpout needs to be ice fishing, with empty hook, or not catch a fish, sitting on a 5 gallon bucket.
Colors of Eelpout - Gold/browns/cream or white
Has to include the text" The 'Pouter" as the name of the RV
Text has to be bold, have similar or complimenting colors of design.
Text "The 'Pouter" needs to have a fun attitude.
Draft needed by Saturday, completed design by Monday
