I need a graphic designer that creates a psd for a complete web site from pictures that i already have and adding a few personal designs. It will be and addition to work for me if the designer knows how to cut properly the psd icons. The website is basically a data store for a lot of data that will come from a football tournament. So it will looks like a football manager game but with data introduced manually by me from a real football tournament. The design is very important in this project, as i said it has to look like a football manager game. If you are not an experienced designer please do not try this project. The project has to be done in 1 month and i won't pay upfront as i already had bad experiences with it. I am a serious costumer and I expect serious workers too.
