Design of press ads, online ads, brand update

Looking for a designer who can work on new ideas for online ads for social media - ad designs for Facebook and Instagram, plus press ad ideas. We are a private school in Australia that has been established for 40 years.
I basically need some designs that I can use to create ads for our school - so the designs need to stand out but not have all the text in them ... I can supply text where needed, but it's more the design and look I need updated..
We have a brand guide, but as Marketing Manager, I want to update the look of our ads, our online marketing and even design for outdoor banner and an A4 flyer folded to DL. The project will include these updates I need:
Facebook ad design - I will supply images and text.
Instagram - same as Facebook.
Press - need a design for a print ad in our local paper, I will supply measurements - as a guide, I need a half page horizontal and a quarter page too.
An A4 flyer that can fold to DL
All the above will need to be designed using our images and text - all supplied, but these will be guides for us to use, not the final ads. Basically I'm looking for a fresh new look that gets noticed but also has our branding as a foundation.
I'm happy for someone to be as creative as they'd like and offer suggestions.
I have included 2 ads we use online as a first look. They are confidential and must not be shared publicly.
