Design for Blog on Autonomous Vehicles, Robots, and AI

I'm looking for a combination web/graphic designer to put together a template for a blog focused on autonomous systems, robotics, self-driving cars, drones and AI. The project current exists as a weekly email newsletter, which you can see at digest.autonomusings.com. I'm in the middle of expanding the format beyond just the newsletter, which is why I'm looking for a new site to host it on. I'll be adding longer-form commentary in the form of blog posts, and hopefully a podcast. The newsletter has mostly been a news digest and interview. I'd like for the blog to host the news portion as well, more in real time as articles come out. Figuring out how to combine the infrequent, higher value long-form content with a continuous stream of short news summary and commentary is part of the challenge. In terms of style, I'm looking for very clean typography and high readability above all else. You can see a little bit of how we branded it from a color/Imagery standpoint on the newsletter site. That being said, I'm looking for a new design, logo, artwork, etc. Technically, I intend for the site to be statically generated using Hugo (not Wordpress). If you're familiar with Hugo ([login to view URL]), I'd like for you to take the project to completion. If not, I'm happy to receive static HTML, CSS, and art assets and I can cut them up into the right templates.
