Design a flyer

We are in need of a flyer for both a letter box drop and to leave in local motels in town. The concept We’re transforming the Royal Hotel Yass from its current state as a tradies hideout and late-night kids venue to a modern yet classic corner pub which is fresh, clean and inviting for women, out of towners and those looking to kick on into the night. The design needs to reflect this change. We need people to recognise instantly that the hotel is moving in a different direction. The building itself has some beautiful heritage elements, however there’s no need to focus on these with regard to branding. As above we want a fun, modern take on a corner hotel. (apologies as some of this is from the branding brief). Our target demo for this will be as follows: Families from Sydney who have relocated, females (25-49), and travelers (as Yass is a nice hub when traveling between Sydney and Melbourne. Scope of work We would like a flyer that speaks to these groups and has an interchangeable area for what our offerings would be that week/month. A light pastel or earthy color scheme we think would suit our needs but not fixed on that. We would like to see "kitchen open daily from 12" on the work. We are waiting on branding and logo design so a simple/fun Royal Hotel Yass heading/branding on the flyer would be perfect. We would like this to be quirky and fun but not to feminine.
