Design and creation of NFTs collection

Hello guys,
we are a group of professionals working on our disruptive NFT Project.
We are looking for a designer able to :
- draw 1 base (character) and relevant assets (jewelry, caps, sunglasses etc.) with source file;
- generate x unique cartoon type NFT arts with metadata file for each image;
- code the rarity for each image.
On top of that we are also evaluating the possibility of creating, within the collection, some "special" NFTs (e.g. 30 image) hand drown and not automatically generated.
We all have different backgrounds such as strategy, marketing, finance, IT engineering and start-uppers, but with only a basic knowledge of graphic design.
