Hello Freelancers, First off, thanks for taking the time to read this posting. My mortgage company needs a few banner ads made for a retargeting campaign starting early September. I'd like a quote for an animated ad in the 5 or 6 main sizes. We need 4 unique designs for split testing for multiple website brands, for a total of 6 versions (36 total banners) . I'm thinking HTML5, but would request your advice on the best option for compatibility and quality. All versions will be variations of the following two styles - LendingTree (orange with big rate): [login to view URL] - eTrade "2,500 free trades" [login to view URL] Benefits We're Promoting: - Guaranteed best mortgage rates in Canada (wording can be changed) - $2,000 cash back on new home purchases - Our best mortgage rates (5 Year Fixed Rate of 2.34%, 5 year variable at 1.85%) Since these ads are for a mortgage company, we want to promote our best interest rate which does change with some regularity (every 3-4 months), so in addition to the initial development cost, I need a quote for changing that one element of the banners.
