Design background for advertising section of site

Job Description:
I need a creative advertising section to display ads on a video sharing website. Currently the advertising section is split into 2,
1)the Top section (grey background) is for National “sponsor” ads.
2) the bottom section (white background) is for local “sponsor” ads.
SEE ATTACHED FILE.
There is a total of 6 spots for ads (2) in National and (4) in local. There will be 5-10 ads in each spot.
My site has to do with talent (music, sports, models, and dance) and the advertising section are companies that will provide sponsorship to the Top Ranked Talent
Here is what I need…
1) a creative background design for advertising section. What would look appropriate without looking too distracting? Background of my logo’s? a simple design? or…???
2)advertising section to be separated visually, have it stand out from the row of videos that is next to it. BUT the advertising section still needs to look like it is associated with each row.
3)Creative way to display the ads in each spot. The ads can be a little larger then current example but not any smaller unless you have a creative idea that will make it acceptable.
4)still have separation between National and local sections unless you have creative idea for better look.
5)the advertising section should be visually appealing and be up to current social media standards, I don’t want it to look cheap.
6)please don't rush just to get your work in quickly, take your time to understand the needs and respond with quality...Thanks!
