What you’ll actually do • Draft the ideal number of in-house brands per department and outline the core identity of each one. • Create simple, easy-to-read Google Sheets that list the SKUs for every brand, broken down by department and season. • For Women’s, focus especially on planning those budget brands: how many, what they should stock, and when seasonal capsules roll out. • Keep running lists of must-have items for men, kids, and home so our overall SKU count stays realistic. • Update the sheets as new information comes in from me or from quick ChatGPT brainstorming sessions we’ll do together. Skills & tools Understands English, be able to use Google Sheets and the ability to learn fast. I’ll give you examples, templates, and walk you through the fashion terminology—no prior experience required. Hours & pay Expect a minimum commitment of 10 hours each week at $120 per month.
