Custom Professional Logo needed ASAP

I need a custom logo designed ASAP
for my newly formed business. My business provides (fee-based) grant writing & research services for non-profit organizations. Requirements:
- The logo MUST use/incorporate my full business name (Tracie M, LLC) as the actual logo and/or sole focal point of the logo itself, while also making sure to - The logo MUST be in a professional aesthetically-pleasing font.
- The logo MUST incorporate ONE shape OR symbol OR icon. The shape OR icon must be utilized with the logo/creatively placed in a way to make the entire logo stand out instantly.
- Final product MUST come with all applicable/commonly used & accepted versions (such as: vector, JPEG, Word, PNG, PDF, etc....) for simple of use across multiple platforms
- I MUST have sole/full rights to the final product logo, including but not limited to any/all applicable versions, etc.
