Create 2 websites with existing content and 2 logos

Job Description:

I have two existing websites that I need to transfer to two new websites. For the design, I am looking to create two logos (one for each site) and a different design than the existing one (including new pictures). No extra features beyond what is required to produce the websites are necessary. So I need help with creating two sites and two logos that feature my existing content and have a completely new design. It has to include keywords and be optimized for SEO. The two websites will be pretty similar as far as the content and number of web pages.
