Features to consider:

-The data of the URL stream of the radio constantly change by which it would be necessary to take it in database to be able to update it as soon as possible.
-It is requested that the page is responsive in both PC, mobile and tablets.
-Try to have the site load as fast as you can.
-A professional design of the site is requested to make it attractive to the end user.
As additional it is requested that the radio data be handled separately because many times the radios update their URL stream and it would be painful for a visitor to enter the site and not be able to listen to his station.
