Convert PSD to HTML and CSS - landing page graphic

I have a photoshop document that is currently exported as a .jpg and inserted in a webpage. But i would like it 1) converted to HTML and CSS so SEO can work on the content, and 2) an email text box/form extracted from some example HTML/CSS files and added to the content in #1. Tasks include: 1) Download files for two source projects a) PSD file of the current web page content that is currently exported as a graphic. b) HTML/CSS/Images from example project that I want to take the form format from 2) Extract the layers from 1a and create image assets (likely PNG with transparency) 3) Build the HTML and CSS for essentially one DIV that will replace the graphic a) The new width shall be 960px. Background: black. Round corners: 10px b) All text, excluding logo, shall be HTML text so it will index c) All css shall be in .css file, not in the HTML d) Header with flag shall be one image positioned upper left e) Logo shall be one layer positioned upper right f) Green horizontal line on header shall be a 960 wide graphic g) Engine shall be one graphic, absolute position is ok h) Download icon with text shall be one graphic i) Create text styles that closely match the PSD with respect to fonts and positioning. Text should be relatively positioned. Not absolute j) the goal is to be able to use this for future layouts. Please make the code clean and flexible for future usage where the text and graphic changes. 4) Extend the height and add the form. This includes: a) Email entry box. Take the style exactly from the sample code. b) Submit button**. It would be nice if this was a html/css element and not a pure graphic. ** the submit button in the example code may still be a LIVE FORM. PLEASE DO NOT CLICK AND SUBMIT ANYTHING TO OUR SERVER!!! Change the code to "disarm" The deliverables include: 1) HTML page that demonstrates the new code. No CSS. Clean. 2) CSS file - no extra elements! 3) graphic assets including any source files such as PSD files needed for creation. The source and PSD files will be provided once the project is awarded. Graphical versions are included now. NOTE: I'm looking for someone that can create really clean code and I won't pay for a hack job. If you can't produce clean HTML and CSS, please do not bid. This is a condition for payment. We have more to do. If work is timely, priced well and the result is clean then we will probably be directly awarding future work!! Please consider this a bite-sized trial.
