Change a Logo and Sticker

I already have a Logo file and 2 Parking Sticker files(1. 2-Wheeler, 2. 4-Wheeler), I need Logo in 2 types one changed color and another with the image of a building(the image will be provided by me)
1. Logo with a different color(building part only) and another copy with actual building picture in the logo.
2. Use the new 2 Logos in the parking sticker for 2-W and 4-W.
3. Share the files.
The ai, pdf and jpg files are with me once project is awarded need this asap
