Business Dashboard / Data Management Design

I have a small business that collects data 4 ways. Part 1 A service evaluation of 70 questions is completed onsite by me or a member of my team. This date goes into a database. (right now excel) This date is used to create a score for the specific site. I want a better way to capture this data and make it contain my logo and business image? Also not all questions will be answered in order. At the 6 week period this evaluation will take place again. The database needs to allow for multiple inspections to the same site so this data can be used for future comparisons. Part 2 I would like to send a monthly email to associates working at these individual sites that ask a series of 4 questions. I would like this email designed with my logo and company colors. The answers to these questions should also go into this database. Part 3 I want to log into the 3rd software used at these sites and perform a random audit. ( Don't need your help doing that) The information I audit would be the same four questions asked in Part 2. However since I am the person entering them they should be marked and labeled as an audit in the data base. Part 4 I want to update pictures of the staff and asset that is also stored in the database. Dashboard Design My business dashboard is where I want can see the metrics for each location entered into the database. By selecting a property I can see the same dashboard but with the selected property data used to populate the widgets. There are 6 widgets on this dash board. Widget 1 Site information Site name Site Location Site photo Number of units Service Manager Contact Community Manager Contact Number of service staff ( all data from the excel spreadsheet I am currently sing. Widget 2 Service Score ( If the score is 60% or less its red, 75 or less yellow, 76 and above green) Service Score calculated from service evaluation. Previous service score Additional service score history Widget 3 Average ticket closing time pulled from database made into a graph. The last year of updates in this graph is a visual representation the closing time averages. Widget 4 Perfect Make Ready percentage graph. Showing the progress since the property was taken on as a client. Widget 5 Site Tasks Update This widget I want to use to see projects for the property. ( on spreadsheet) These projects have a completion date and reminders. I want to be able to email right from the widget if needed) This is Phase 1 and the right candidate should be experienced in making dashboards branded with a modern design.
