Project Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Developer to help us build a comprehensive support, FAQ, and knowledge base website for our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This website will serve as an essential resource for our users, helping them navigate our ERP system with ease and efficiency, and reducing the load on our support team.
Project Objectives:
To create a user-friendly and intuitively designed website that will help users find answers to common questions and solve potential issues without requiring direct support.
To enhance the overall user experience and customer satisfaction by providing an extensive, searchable database of FAQs, tutorials, guides, tips and other resources.
To decrease the demand on our support team by creating a self-service portal where users can find most answers.
Key Deliverables:
Design and Development: A clean, professional, and easy-to-navigate website with responsive design for optimal viewing on any device.
Content Integration: Integration of existing resources including FAQs, user manuals, tutorial videos, and other support documentation. The system should include a searchable database for quick and easy information retrieval.
User Interface: A user-friendly interface that allows easy browsing and searching of topics. This should include features such as a search bar, categorization of topics, and a "popular topics" section.
Integration with ERP System: The website should be seamlessly integrated with our existing ERP system to ensure that users can transition smoothly between the two.
SEO Optimization: The site should be SEO-friendly to enhance its visibility on search engines.
Maintenance and Updates: A system to allow easy updates and additions of new resources and content as our ERP system evolves.
Skills Required:
Proven experience website development, preferably with previous experience in support/FAQ/knowledge base site creation.
Strong understanding of user interface and user experience principles.
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Experience in ERP systems would be beneficial.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within tight deadlines.
