Build a Website

I need someone to implement a website design very similar to another website. It's a web-game running with canvas on the browser, and the main menu I have needs to be redesigned to a similar main menu of another website. (Not the same, but SIMILAR! :) ). I reckon this is a simple job and therefore only some html, css, and js knowledge is required. JS knowlege is required because the canvas game I use have its own JS client, and the other website has a bit different JS and also html which is compatible with that JS. Thanks. PS: Extra, if you know how to integrate a web-login system (php) with node.js server to log things in the game (Such as coins, etc), IN A SECURE WAY! I will pay extra for this addition.
